Sample collection & shipping
The Immune Zoomer requires a single blood draw with a centrifuge. Full instructions are included in your kit.
How it works:
- Order your test and complete checkout – you’ll receive a payment link from Vibrant Wellness
- Receive your kit in the post (allow 3 working days)
- Book a blood draw – centrifuge is needed*. The cost of a blood draw is not included in the price of the test
- Once you have a time and date for your blood draw, organise a prepaid DHL collection as explained in the instructions.
- Activate your kit by scanning the QR code included
- Have your blood draw and DHL collection organised ideally on Monday or Tuesday.
- Receive your results — typically within 7 days of the lab receiving your sample

Pre-testing instructions
A few things can affect your results, so please follow these guidelines:
Never stop prescription medications without speaking to your doctor first.
- Fasting: You do not need to fast for the Immune Zoomer. You may eat and drink normally before your blood draw.
- Biotin/B7 supplements: If you take biotin at doses above 5mg per day, please stop taking it for at least 72 hours before your blood draw, as high biotin can interfere with some results.
- If you have recently had a major infection, surgery, or significant illness, it is worth noting this when you share your results, as acute illness can temporarily affect some immune markers.
- If you are pregnant, please let me know before ordering, as some markers may be interpreted differently during pregnancy.

What happens when your results are ready?
Your sample analysis typically takes about 7 days once it reaches the lab in the USA. Once the results are ready, I’ll email them to you in the format seen in the sample report.
Please note that the price of the Immune Zoomer does not cover the time needed to interpret the results. It’s essential to review these findings alongside your symptoms, medication, diet, and lifestyle to get the full picture. When I share your results with you, you’ll have the option to book a consultation (£180). During this session, we’ll go through your results together in detail — looking at which immune patterns are elevated, what they might mean for your specific symptoms, and what personalised steps you can take to support your immune health.
