Functional nutrition testing

Carrying out functional nutrition testing helps both me and you, gain a better understanding of how your body functions and what you have too little, or too much of. This information, together with your signs and symptoms, will then allow me to create a targeted and individualised health improvement programme just for you.

Testing may require some financial outlay to start with, but in the long run, it can save you time, money and effort as it can help us identify the root cause of your health problems quicker and you can start feeling better, sooner.  Functional nutrition testing is a very valuable step in the process.

The cost of tests can vary widely from tens of pounds up into the hundreds. I will never put pressure on you to undertake a test and the decision to go ahead or not will rest with you.
