In retrospect, there are things I wish I had known when I was first diagnosed as they would have helped me manage my condition much better from the start.

2) Change your Western-style diet – experiment with different dietary templates to see what works for you. The right approach can be really powerful so don’t postpone this step.

3) Look into your stress levels and understand that stress can sabotage all your efforts to get better.
