1. After submitting the form, you'll get an email with payment details - please check your spam folder.

2. Once the payment is made, your order will be processed, and you'll receive the test kit within 2-3 working days.

3. After posting your sample, the results will be ready in 21 days (excluding transit) and released to Anna Pinnock.

4. Anna Pinnock will share your results with you once they are available.

5. The price of the microbiome kit does not include Anna's consultation fee of £180 to interpret the results.

6. It's highly advisable to book a consultation with Anna Pinnock to interpret the results and receive tailored recommendations based on your symptoms, diet and lifestyle. However, the results will be shared with you even if you don't opt for a consultation.
